mindfulness & MEDITATION coaching & private classes

WOULD YOU LIKE TO ?

• Learn 'how' to have a calmer mind and worry less?

• Decrease your level of stress and anxiety?

• Be more focused and productive?

• Sleep better?

• Live more in the present moment?

• Be able to manage your emotions better and improve your relationships?

• Start meditating, but not sure how to meditate or wonder if you are doing it correctly?

• Have someone design a meditation & mindfulness practice that suites your personality and lifestyle?

• Have someone there to guide you on your meditation journey and answer any questions that arise about your practice?

• Have support from a coach to teach you how to make meditation a daily habit that you sticks with you for life?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions then receiving private mindfulness & meditation sessions may be exactly what you are looking for.

Traditionally meditation was always passed on from teacher to student.  There are a lot of benefits of having this 1:1 interaction for making meditation part of your life.  Having Tracey as your personal meditation and mindfulness teacher may be exactly what you are looking for to receive all the great benefits that a regular mediation practice offers.

“Mindfulness is like that—it is the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.”
