RETREAT DESCRIPTION:

Escape the chaos of everyday life and treat yourself to a weekend getaway in Canmore. This retreat is led by Tracey who has facilitated over 70 retreats over the last 24 years. Tracey will make sure that you feel welcome, whether you attend the retreat on your own or with friends, if you are new to yoga and meditation or an experienced practitioner.

The beautiful Canmore Opera House (pictured above) will be the location for our retreat. Throughout the weekend you will experience a range of practices designed to help you experience the power of presence. These sessions led by Tracey include: gentle flow yoga (all levels welcome – including beginners), guided meditations, discussions and mindful walks.

As you engage in these various practices, Tracey will teach you how you can incorporate them into your everyday routine. You will also learn about how embracing the present moment fosters greater calm, clarity, courage, and confidence, empowering you to tackle life's challenges with ease.

You’ll leave this retreat feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace a more mindful and meaningful way of living!

Note: Retreat does not include accommodation or food.

You could stay at one of Canmore’s or Banff’s wonderful hotels, Air BnB’s or do day trips from home if you live in Calgary, Canmore or surrounding area. There are a lot of great places to eat near by that Tracey will recommend for you.

Saturday 10:00 - 4:30

Sunday 9:30 - 4:00

Mornings schedule (both days)…

• We’ll start off each day with a short guided meditation + gentle flow yoga class (all levels of experience welcome - including beginners).

• Followed by a discussion:

Saturday’s Discussion - Mindfulness Matters: A session on how to live a more mindful life.

Sunday’s Discussion - Courageous Soul: A session dedicated to learning how to find inner courage and confidence to move through life’s challenges and live your best life.

Afternoons schedule (both days)…

• Mindful nature walk.

• Followed by a discussion:

Saturday’s Discussion - The Art of Being Happy Now: A session on how to up level your happiness and find more joy in daily life.

Sunday’s Discussion - Clarity Quest : Techniques for unlocking your inner wisdom and intuition

• Followed by - Guided deep relaxation/ meditation session & wrap-up discussion
