YOUR MEDITATION TEACHER:
Tracey Delfs is a meditation teacher, mindfulness expert who has taught thousands of people meditation over the last 15 years. She has brought meditation and mindfulness into many corporations, to Olympians, the general public and has led more then 40 mindfulness retreats. Tracey has had over 35,000 downloads of her guided meditations on iTunes and GooglePlay. She has been a student of Zen Master and mindfulness teacher Thich Nhat Hanh since the late 90’s and enjoys sharing his wisdom with her students. Tracey is also passionate about being a Life and Stress Management Coach.
