tracey's BACKGROUND IN YOGA:
Tracey became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2000 and since then has taught thousands of people yoga, teaching regular classes in Canmore and Calgary. She has travelled with Olympic athletes teaching yoga, teaches in corporations and to the general public. She has travelled globally studying with many yoga gurus over the years including Sri Patabbhi Jois (the guru of Ashtanga Yoga).
The style of yoga she teaches is a combination of slow Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga. She teaches mixed level classes and ensures that people with all levels of experience feel welcome (including beginners).
Tracey's main focus with with yoga is teaching a number of yoga, mindfulness & meditation retreats every year. However, she still teaches regular corporate yoga classes in Calgary and community classes in Canmore - see details below.
